Neon Cursor is a small independent project on a single mission — make your computer feel a little more like yours.
What we do
We design, curate, and share a growing library of glowing, expressive, fan-favourite cursors for desktop browsers. The catalog currently holds more than 350 cursor sets across 15 categories and 40+ themed collections — and every single one is free to preview, free to add, and free to download. Each set pairs a cursor (your everyday arrow) with a matching pointer (the shape it becomes over links), and most include PNG images and Roblox-ready files too.
- Hundreds of cursors — anime, games, memes, aesthetics, movies, cute, animals, and growing every week.
- One-click apply — install our Chrome extension and your cursor lights up across every site you visit.
- Make your own — upload any image with our Cursor Creator and turn it into your personal pointer.
- Constructor — mix and match a cursor + pointer from different packs to build your perfect pair.
Our story
Neon Cursor started as a side project to scratch a simple itch: default cursors are boring. We wanted something that felt alive — a flicker of neon, a touch of personality on every click. After a few late-night design sprints, the first pack went live. People liked it. So we kept going.
Today the library is hand-curated by us and a tight circle of contributing artists. We focus on quality over quantity — clean lines, vibrant glows, smooth animations, and zero adware.
What we believe
- Customisation should be free. The internet was built on people making their corner of it personal. Cursors are part of that.
- Lightweight, always. Our extension only does what it says on the tin: swap your cursor. No tracking your tabs, no popups, no surprise pages. You can read exactly how it works in Are Custom Cursors Safe?
- Credit the makers. Many of our designs are fan art inspired by characters and worlds we love. We don't claim them — we celebrate them.
How we handle copyright
Fan-inspired art lives on respect for the original creators. We never distribute official game or studio assets, our artwork is created or curated as fan tribute, and rights holders can request removal of any design at any time through our DMCA & Copyright process. The full ground rules are in our Terms of Service and Disclaimer.
Need a hand?
Our Help Center walks through everything — changing your cursor in Chrome or Windows, fixing a cursor that won't show up, and making your own design. Quick answers live in the FAQ.
