Pick a cursor and a pointer, preview them live, then add the pair.
Every design on Neon Cursor is really two pieces: the cursor (the arrow you see while browsing) and the pointer (the shape it becomes over links). The Constructor lets you split those pieces up and recombine them — pair a flaming anime arrow with a cute cat pointer, or keep it minimal with a clean arrow and a bold hover shape. Tap a slot on the left to target it, pick any design from the grid, hit Preview live to test the combo across the whole site, and press Add pair when it feels right. Not sure what the two parts do? Read Cursor vs Pointer — and if you would rather start from your own artwork, the Cursor Creator turns any image into a working set.
It lets you build your own set by combining pieces from different designs — take the arrow from one cursor and the pointer from another, preview the pair live, and add it to your browser as a single set.
Yes, completely. Building, previewing, and adding pairs is free, with no account or sign-up required.
Yes — that is what the Cursor Creator is for. Upload your own artwork there and turn it into a working cursor and pointer.
Install the free Neon Cursor extension, then press Add pair. Your combination follows you across every site you visit; tabs that were already open just need one refresh.
