Filing a copyright (takedown) notice
To request the removal of allegedly infringing material, please send a written notice to contact@neoncursor.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice" and include the following:
- Your name, address, and a contact email.
- A clear description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
- The exact URL(s) on neoncursor.com where the allegedly infringing material is located.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
When we receive a valid notice, we will review it and, where appropriate, promptly remove or disable access to the material in question. We may also notify the party who submitted the content, where applicable.
Counter-notice
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to contact@neoncursor.com including: your contact information; identification of the removed material and its previous location; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; and your physical or electronic signature.
Repeat infringers
We may, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, remove content and restrict access for users who are found to repeatedly infringe the rights of others.
