TIPS FOR A GREAT CURSOR

Use transparency. A PNG with a transparent background keeps your design clean — the built-in background removal helps if your image has one.
Think small. Your artwork will be shown at cursor size, so bold shapes beat fine detail every time.
Mind the click point. The tip of the design is where clicks land, so keep the important corner pointing the right way.
Make it a pair. Upload a second image as the pointer so links get a matching hover shape — see Cursor vs Pointer for what each part does.

What image formats can I upload?

Common image formats like PNG and JPG work. A PNG with a transparent background gives the cleanest result — no box around your design — and there is an optional background-removal step if your image has one.

What makes a good cursor image?

Small, bold, and simple. Cursors are tiny on screen, so strong shapes and clear silhouettes read far better than fine detail. Keep the important corner of your design where you would expect to click.

Where is my cursor stored?

Your creation is added to My Collection in the Neon Cursor extension on your own browser. You can set it live, switch back to any other design, or remove it whenever you like.

Is the Cursor Creator free?

Yes. Creating, previewing, and using your own cursors is completely free, with no account required.
